Gold
— Boca do Lobo
Gold is a low stature screen developed for Boca do Lobo and produced in partnership with an experienced manufacturer who collaborated with the company at that time. The project explores the physical boundaries of structural resistance and balance. The main body of the screen is designed as several free-form balloons which delicately touch each other forming three articulated panels that make up the screen.
The sensation of the piece lies in the large scale of fiberglass balloons as well as in the combination of a subtle dance between light and shadow, opacity and transparency.
