During some tests to explore with cork, the designer came up with this strange idea of making a bench and table set based on the natural characteristics of the material, perfect for outside use.

Some promising solutions and sketches later, one thing became clear: the shape had to be organic and smooth with an asymmetric form imitating the movement and dynamism of the evoking asymmetric organic forms of trees.

It seemed essential to reinforce the features of the material through this hybrid design of natural forms.

Perhaps the use of a 100% natural material such as cork is a symbolic parallel for contemporary lifestyle, in which ecological footprint and recycling seem to be essential.

The set offers the sensibility of indoor furniture outside. Each piece is designed to transition between indoor and outdoor environments.
